SAINT JOHN – FEBRUARY 9, 2026 – Mariner announced today the appointment of Robert Power as President, Mariner Innovations, effective February 2, 2026.
As President, Robert will guide Mariner’s strategy with a clear emphasis on execution and measurable client outcomes. His focus includes strengthening Mariner’s leadership in complex, highly regulated environments, where the company has deep experience supporting healthcare and public sector organizations, while continuing to help clients across a broad range of industries modernize and transform. This includes modernizing how professional services are designed and delivered, advancing the practical adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, and expanding into adjacent markets where Mariner’s capabilities translate most effectively. This approach is grounded by experienced teams and a continued commitment to innovation, quality, and accountability across every engagement.

Robert Power returns to Mariner with deep experience across consulting, technology, and professional services. During his earlier tenure at Mariner, he held senior leadership roles and played a key role in building and scaling the company’s consulting business, while advising management teams and boards across Canada.
Over his career, Robert has also held leadership positions with global organizations including PwC, Avaya, and Nortel. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at CGI, leading a national business focused on the delivery of consulting and business-critical technology and operational services to financial institutions.
Robert is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario (P.Eng.) and the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). He is a graduate of the University of Calgary (MBA) and Memorial University (B.Eng.).
